Description

Duty to report suspected elder or dependent adult abuse. Amends section requiring emergency services personnel certified by the Board of Health to report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of adults to require such persons to report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of adults either directly via methods specified in this section or directly to the attending physician at the hospital to which the adult has been transported, who shall make the report forthwith.
