Description

School calendar.  Adds to the "good cause" circumstances for which school divisions may be granted a waiver from the regular post-Labor Day school opening schedule a school division containing one or more elementary schools that are receiving Title I funding under the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act. The waiver will apply only to the elementary schools receiving such funding. Read the Bill »
