Description

Bottomlands rents and royalties.  Removes the authority of the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to charge a rent or royalty as a term or condition of a permit for use of state-owned bottomlands. The only royalty that may be assessed is the one established by statute for the removal of bottom material. Read the Bill »
