Description

Elections; absentee voting procedures.  Deletes the requirement that domestic absentee voters must provide detailed information (i.e., full name and full address) in their sworn statement on the envelope in which they return their marked absentee ballot and thereby provides that the requirements for domestic voters will be the same as for military and overseas voters. This detailed information has already been provided in the application for the absentee ballot. Read the Bill »
