oh..yeah...and the amendment will provide for every household to have internet access? Can't wait to see the full text of this one...I do so love Photosynthesis. This is the greatest website ever!!!
I think this is a GOOD bill, because it mandates that BEFORE any Constitutional Amendment should be enacted by the General Assembly, it MUST FIRST be PUBLISHED to the newspapers & internet TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. This means we could actually get the public to "see" what's going on in our government instead of them changing our laws without any notice to us like they've been doing for over a decade. I have no clue what Ms Lindstrom is referring to. Internet access is free to all citizens at all public libraries if you need it. This bill is about INFORMING THE PUBLIC in writing 90 days BEFORE the vote.
