Description

Campaign finance disclosure; reports; candidate committees.  Requires the person filing a candidate campaign committee finance disclosure report to attach a copy of the most recent bank statement for the campaign depository.  This requirement applies to the reports filed periodically but not to the special reports required for certain large pre-election contributions and for certain large contributions to local governing body members.
