Description

Campaign telephone calls; caller identification.  Prohibits any candidate, candidate campaign, person, or political committee making campaign telephone calls to falsify or disguise caller identification information transmitted to the recipient of any campaign telephone call. If the caller identification information includes a name associated with the telephone number, the caller identification information shall include the name of the candidate, candidate campaign, person, or political committee that has authorized and is paying for the calls.
