Description
Uniform Statewide Building Code; rental inspections; posting of signs. Provides that a rental inspection ordinance may include a provision that requires the owners of any multifamily residential development in a rental inspection district, which development contains more than 10 dwelling units and is managed by a property manager or managing agent of the owner, to post signs on such property conspicuous to public view identifying the name, address, and telephone number of the property manager or managing agent of the owner.
