Mr. Cleaveland felt that I am the only one that has no use for the D.C.J.S. P.S.S. agency that the delegates have given the power to regulate small retail businesses such has the locksmiths. Call some of the small shops and ask them what they think, not the big northern Virginia shops that have someone to do all of their paper work. I can't wait to see who could be next if you need more money. Looks like there are more fox in the hen house than we thought.
