Description
Government Data Collection and Dissemination Practices Act; social security account numbers. Clarifies that a government entity cannot require an individual to furnish his entire social security number or any portion thereof. The bill also clarifies that a social security number or any portion thereof cannot be displayed on a student or government identification card. Read the Bill »
