I tagged this bill "bicycle" because rumble strips are difficult and dangerous for bicyclists to navigate. Although many people would eshew riding along 55 mph highways, some people who live in rural and exurban areas have no other choice because they live along those roads. Installing rumble strips will force people to choose between being less safe or giving up their low-carbon, affordable, and active commute.
