Description

Marine Resources Commission; state-owned bottomlands; fees.  Authorizes the Marine Resources Commission to require nonrefundable application and permit fees for the use of state-owned bottomlands. Existing permit fees for use of state-owned bottomlands are increased to $100 for projects less than $10,000; $200 for projects greater than $10,000; and $500 for projects greater than $50,000.
