Description
Department of Human Resource Management; implementation of management-to-staff ratios. Requires the Department of Human Resource Management to develop procedures for the implementation of the management-to-staff ratio schedule for state agencies in the executive branch. The schedule for implementation in the bill provides for state agencies employing more than 100 full-time employees to have a ratio of one full-time employee in a management position for every 11 full-time employees in nonmanagerial staff positions by July 1, 2012.
