Description

Statewide Fire Prevention Code; State Fire Marshal; regulation of pyrotechnicians and fireworks operators.  Provides for the State Fire Marshal to establish a certification program for pyrotechnician  or fireworks operator to design, setup, conduct or supervise the design, setup or conducting of any fireworks display, either inside a building or outdoors. Amends § 27-95, § 27-97, § 27-97.2, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
