Description

Vested rights.  Provides that the issuance of any written order, requirement, decision, or determination by the zoning administrator regarding the permissibility of a specific use or density of the landowner's property shall be considered a significant affirmative governmental act for purposes of determining vested rights. Aaaarrrrggggh, if only I had known about you guys before HB 1250 passed the senate on March 1! I found mention of it in an old copy of the Roanoke Times that I scavenged from the Grayson County Library to use for fire starter (yes, we switched to burning wood to save money).
