Description

Bail bondsman to receive criminal history information.  Provides that if a judicial officer sets a secured bond and the person engages the services of a licensed bail bondsman, the judicial officer shall, for a fee of $5, provide the bondsman with a copy of the person's criminal history record, if available, to be used by the bondsman only to determine appropriate conditions to impose upon the accused upon his release.
