Description

Uniform Statewide Building Code; buildings or structures built on state-owned property.  Provides that the Uniform Statewide Building Code shall also apply to buildings or structures built on state-owned property. The bill requires the Department of General Services to act as the building official for all buildings or structures built on state-owned property. The bill contains technical amendments.
