Description

Board of Nursing; guidelines on administration of drugs to public school students with epilepsy and other seizure disorders.  Directs the Board of Nursing to develop and revise as may be necessary, in coordination with the Boards of Medicine and Education, guidelines for the administration of rescue medications for students with epilepsy and other seizure disorders. The first set of guidelines must be finalized by September of this year and must be made available to local school boards for a fee not to exceed the costs of publication. Read the Bill »
