Description

Electronic filing of civil actions.  Requires the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court to permit an electronic interface with the case management system for general district courts to enable private vendors to electronically file civil actions. Private vendors would not have any access to the information in the case management system. Any action electronically filed would be submitted on forms provided by the Executive Secretary.
