Description

Standards of Learning; alternative assessments.  Requires the Board of Education to conduct an audit of any school division that utilizes the Virginia Grade Level Alternative assessment instrument, in grades three through eight, for more than three percent of its students with disabilities population in those grades in any given school year. The audit must ensure that each student has met the Board-developed criteria for participation in such assessment. Read the Bill »
