Description

Industrialized Building Safety Law.  Provides that any person aggrieved by the Department of Housing and Community Development's application of the Industrialized Building Safety Law appeal to the State Building Code Technical Review Board. Currently only local building officials, compliance assurance agencies, and industrialized building manufacturers are listed as being allowed such appeals.
