Description
Hospital emergency departments; access to electronic health records. Requires the Board of Health to include in regulations a requirement that all hospitals operating emergency departments develop and maintain a health information system that allows for the creation of electronic health records for patients, and the sharing of electronic health records with other hospitals operating emergency departments.
