Description

Alcoholic beverage control; disposition of net profits.  Codifies language in the appropriation act regarding disposition of net profits of the ABC Board as follows: (i) two-thirds shall be transferred to the Alcohol Abuse Treatment and Prevention Fund and (ii) one-third shall be transferred to the Law-Enforcement Expenditure Fund. The bill also creates the special funds to receive the money. The bill contains technical amendments. Read the Bill »
