Description

Insurance rate filings; trade secrets.  Exempts insurance rate-related information filed with the State Corporation Commission from public inspection and copying if it constitutes a trade secret as defined in the Uniform Trade Secrets Act. The insurer or other person filing the information has the burden of persuading the Commissioner of Insurance that information is a trade secret. Read the Bill »
