Description

Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Removes obsolete language from various sections of Title 54.1 and repeals one obsolete section of Title 54.1. This bill is a recommendation of the Virginia Code Commission. Amends § 54.1-2012, § 54.1-2013, § 54.1-2104, § 54.1-2206, § 54.1-2210, § 54.1-2313, § 54.1-2344, § 54.1-403, § 54.1-406, § 54.1-603, § 54.1-702, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
