this idiot actually thinks it was a good idea to allow social workers the right to practice law without any oversight by the Attorney Generals office as Va. Code has required for the past 80 years.(resulting in the jailing of over 177,000 parents in just the past 5 years on MERE ALLEGATIONS- not trials, not hearings). This arrogance and ignorance of the way DSS/DCSE employees terrorize employers and has targeted parents already suffering alienation from their own children, before, during and after a divorce, only proves he supports the money laundering of FEDERAL money through Va that enables these domestic terrorists to continue to DEFRAUD every Va. and Federal taxpayer.
vocational experts in Virginia? That's a good one. At least specify the credentials required of these "experts". And don't use DRS employees for goodness sakes. And um, in a time of unemployment, Toscano thinks this is a useful bill? Regressive progressive strikes again.
Vocatonal expert needs to be defined and it is questionable that an expert paid for by the potential payer or alimony will be impartial. This is not a good bill.
Toscano, you're an idiot...your legislative record in voting to let 900 idiots engage in the practice of law in 2008 is self-evident of that.
