Description
Courthouse and courtroom security. Authorizes a sheriff to contract with a licensed private security services business and designate licensed private security services registrants employed by such business to ensure that the courthouses and courtrooms within his jurisdiction are secure from violence and disruption. Any private security services registrant designated to provide courthouse and courtroom security is required to meet established training standards. Read the Bill »
