Description

Alcoholic beverage control; possession without a license; exemptions.  Adds a license exemption for any dining areas or private rooms of residents in a licensed assisted living facility that will allow the assisted living facility to provide alcoholic beverages to the residents at the facility. Under current law, no alcoholic beverages shall be kept or allowed to be kept upon any premises of any place where food or refreshments of any kind are furnished for compensation. Read the Bill »
