Description

Communications sales and use tax; distribution formula for localities.   Requires the Auditor of Public Accounts to increase the amounts on a pro rata basis if a locality did not collect the tax revenues for the entire 12 months of Fiscal Year 2006, when calculating each locality's share of the communications sales and use tax.
