Description

Legal notices by localities. Provides that in any instance in which a locality is required to publish a notice in a newspaper having a general circulation in the locality, and the locality in good faith attempts to have such notice published, a failure by the publisher of the newspaper to properly publish such notice shall not invalidate any action of the locality if the locality has also published such notice pursuant to subsection A.
