Description
Department of General Services; surplus real property; inventory state-owned land. Provides for the Department of General Services to inventory all real property owned by the Commonwealth by October 30, 2010, and update the inventory at least annually thereafter. The bill also provides for the Department to submit an annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly containing the full inventory of real property owned by the Commonwealth and recommendations regarding property that may be disposed of as surplus property. The bill also changes the portion of the proceeds from sales or leases of, or from the conveyance of any interest in, surplus property by the Commonwealth from the Conservation Resources Fund to the Transportation Trust Fund.
