Child custody; record of in camera interview. Expands the requirement that a court of record shall make a record of any in camera interview conducted with a child in a custody or visitation proceeding to include courts not of record. Amends § 20-124.2:1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »

This is an EXCELLENT BILL to protect all litigants, bar card members (lawyers/judges) and the CHILDRENS RIGHTS of access to BOTH parents!
It will also preserve "the record" for any appeal that may be necessary.
