Description

Electronic filing in civil or criminal actions. Allows circuit court clerks to establish electronic filing in civil or criminal actions under the auspices and procedures of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. The bill allows fees of up to $50 for civil cases, up to $25 for criminal cases, and an annual fee of up to $100 per user for remote access to the system. The fees are retained locally to cover operational expenses of the system. Read the Bill »
