Comments
It would appear that the HOT lanes project which is on hold due to lack of funding will have serious environmental impact on the communities adjacent to I-395 if it proceeds, In researching the project, the residents became aware that the full environmental impact studies were not done. The residents favor moving people through mass transport rather than adding cars to a road that even today comes to a virtual stand still during the rush hours.
