Description

Schedule II drugs; require identification in filling prescriptions. Requires that a pharmacist filling a valid prescription for a Schedule II drug shall require proof of identification of the person filling the prescription, regardless of whether the person is the patient for whom the drug is prescribed. If the person is not the patient for whom the drug is prescribed, the pharmacist shall record the full name and current address of the person. Read the Bill »
