Description
Freedom of Information Act; record exclusion for visitor information systems in public schools. Excludes from the mandatory disclosure requirements of FOIA software programs, data, or other records relating to electronic or automated security systems used to monitor or control access to public school buildings or other school property, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the operational or access control features of such system, or would reveal personal information of individuals seeking access to a school building or other school property.
