Resolution; breast cancer detection.  Requests the State Health Commissioner to promote and emphasize yearly mammograms as an effective tool in breast cancer prevention. The State Health Commissioner must submit an executive summary and report of his progress in meeting the request of this resolution to the 2011 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
