Crap!!! If you took all the funds VHCF has been given, and used it to pay practioners to provide treatment, you would get care for dollers. VHCF funds organizations that rely mostly on VOLUNTEER care providers and students, which will always be inefficient and not cost effective. Start paying care providers to tackle the umet needs and quit BEGGING, HOPING, that over worked VOLUNTEER care providers are going to be the solution
