Description

Absentee ballot return; drop boxes prohibited.  Provides that absentee ballots returned in person must be physically delivered to and received by a member of the electoral board, the registrar, or an assistant registrar, and that deposit in drop boxes located outside the office of the board or registrar is deemed not to be an acceptable means of personal delivery.
