Description

Courthouse assessments.  Allows localities to raise the fee assessed for courthouse construction, renovation, or maintenance above the current authorized amount of $2 once every two years based upon the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index. Amends § 17.1-281, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
