Officers of election; training.  Provides that the State Board of Elections shall develop and make available on the Internet a course and examination concerning the training standards for officers of election. The chief and assistant chief officer of elections will be required to take and complete the course and examination not more than three nor more than 30 days before each election. Other officers of election may, but are not required to, take and complete the course and examination. Read the Bill »
