Description

Charter; Town of Fincastle.  Amends the charter for the Town of Fincastle by making technical changes regarding the number of council members, staggering elections of the mayor and town council members, granting the mayor the power to vote, and allowing the town council to hire a town manager, who shall have the powers of the town mayor when appointed. The charter is further amended by adding a section detailing the appointment procedure and duties of the town manager. Read the Bill »
