Description
Major business facility job tax credit. Reduces the threshold amount of jobs that must be created for the major business facility job tax credit to 25 jobs, regardless of the area in which the business is located. Increases the tax credit from $1,000 to $10,000, to be taken over 5 years. This bill also makes a technical amendment to 2.2-4309 of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
