Description

Prepaid cards; disclosure requirements.  Requires issuers of general-use prepaid cards to disclose information regarding all fees associated with the cards. The disclosures are required to be presented in the form of a table that is consistent with the tabular format required for credit card disclosures under 122(c) of the federal Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z.
