Description

Establishment of enhanced enforcement areas to deter prostitution.  Allows localities to establish enhanced enforcement areas in any area in which the governing body determines the conduct of prostitutes and those that solicit prostitutes establishes a concern for the health, safety, good order, and morals of the general public.
