Description

Real and personal property tax interest and penalties; Town of Coeburn.  Permits the Town of Coeburn (i) to waive the interest and penalty payments on real and personal property taxes for all tax years beginning prior to January 1, 2009, provided that the taxes are paid during the period October 1, 2009, through December 31, 2011, and (ii) to refund any interest and penalty paid on such taxes during that time period.
