Description
Income tax; hiring employees with disabilities tax credit. Provides a tax credit for employers who hire qualified persons with disabilities for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2011, but before December 31, 2015. The amount of the credit is 20 percent of the first $5,000 of wages paid annually to such employees during the first two years of employment. Read the Bill »
