Description
Cemeteries; abandoned interment rights; notice. Requires a cemetery to publish a general notice of its intent to declare interment rights abandoned in a newspaper of general circulation in the county or city where the cemetery is located for four consecutive weeks when the cemetery has no information about the owner of interment rights.
