Description
Virginia Condominium Act; amendment of condominium instruments; limitation of future sales as smoke-free units. Authorizes the condominium instruments to be amended by agreement of two-thirds of the unit owners, or by a larger majority if the condominium instruments specify, to require that units conveyed or transferred after the effective date of amendment be smoke-free units.
