Description

Public-Private Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act of 2002; review of proposals initiated by private entities.  Provides that whenever a responsible public entity rejects a proposal initiated by a private entity that purports to develop specific cost savings, the rejection shall specify the basis for the rejection.
